May 2016 Favourites

Hello Chicsters,

Hope you all are great? I have been a bit under the weather lately due to which I haven't been able to upload very many posts. I am finally here to share with you my list of favourite products in the month of May. Some of the products that were included in my list are the products that helped me in this baking weather and the rest are the ones that I simply cannot have enough of. So keep reading on to know more about what I have included in this list of mine.

May 2016 Favourites

Kryolan Supracolor 303 Concealer: Kryolan products are used by makeup professionals all over the world with concealers being one of their star products. Most of the concealers I had tried in the past to cover my dark spots would make the area appear grey. Kryolan was one of the few concealers that actually did help me camouflage my dark spots and dark circles. This orange corrective concealer helped me reduce my blemish related redness too. The texture is really smooth, creamy and literally glides like butter. The product has a great staying power and lasts for atleast upto 6-8 hours.

Maybelline 015 Nude Skin: The Color show collection is probably one of the best and most loved drugstore nail enamel collections. This collection supports a variety of 40 attractive shades. The best aspect of a nude nail polish is that it fits perfectly well with every outfit and is apt for any occasion. It wasn't until recently that I discovered one of the best nude shades from this collection called 015 Nude Skin. The nail color lasted for nearly 3-4 days cause of the gel based formula that increases their staying power. The nail polish doesn’t chip or peel off and it fades in an even pattern.

The Body Shop Moringa Sorbet (Rs. 795/- for 200ml) - I have been in love with the body shop sorbets for the last few years but somehow failed to mention it in my posts. Basically the sorbets are thick gel based moisturizers. This product gets absorbed immediately on application without leaving any sort of greasiness behind. The texture is super light and feels a bit cool on application making it perfect for summer. Also, the refreshing Moringa scent acts as an add on benefit.

Plum NaturStudio Kohl Kajal: This high on looks and high on performance kohl kajal pencil has been a winner for me lately. This gel based liner is intensely creamy and glides on the lids and waterline smoothly. Inspite of being gel based the product is smudge proof and water proof and stands true to its claim. The long wear formula keeps the product stay put for atleast a good 7-8 hours without any fading. I cannot rave enough about this product and will absolutely recommend you to give it a try.

DressBerry 22K Gold Plated Necklace:(Rs. 549/-) For my daily wear I like using minimally detailed accessories  as they seem to pair up great with most of the outfits. Sometimes to mix things up I would go for a statement necklace but rest of the times minimal pieces are all that interest me. Recently, I came across one such gorgeous minimal necklace that has been inseparable from me since the time I received it. This 22K Gold Plated necklace, has a blackteardrop-shaped, stylised square and circular beaded pendant which is secured with an adjustable lobster clasp. Isn't it pretty?
